• Driver documents (drivers only): Aadhaar, DL, RC, Insurance, PUC for verification.

• To match customers with nearby drivers.
• To enable live tracking and delivery confirmation.
• To process payments and generate invoices.
• To verify driver identities and comply with regulations.
• To improve our services and user experience.

3. Information Sharing

We share limited information between customers and drivers for the purpose of completing deliveries (e.g., driver's name and phone during an active order). We do not sell your data to third parties.

We use industry-standard encryption and secure infrastructure. Driver documents are stored in encrypted cloud storage.
