By using FlipShip Logistics, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

FlipShip is a technology platform that connects customers with independent driver partners for on-demand parcel delivery. We are not a transporter of goods; drivers are independent contractors.

2. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate pickup and drop addresses and contact details.
• Do not ship prohibited items (illegal goods, hazardous materials, perishables, live animals, cash, jewellery).
• Pay the fare as shown in the app upon delivery.

3. Driver Responsibilities

• Handle parcels with care during pickup, transit, and delivery.
• Maintain valid documents (DL, RC, Insurance, PUC).
• Follow traffic rules and local laws.

4. Pricing and Payment

Fare is calculated based on distance, time, and vehicle type. Full pricing breakdown is shown before booking. Payment is Cash on Delivery (COD) at the drop location.

5. Cancellations

Customers may cancel before pickup without charge. Once the driver picks up the parcel, the full fare is payable.

6. Liability

FlipShip's liability is limited to facilitating the match between customer and driver. We are not responsible for the contents of parcels. Any disputes between customer and driver should be reported to our support team.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms, including fraudulent bookings or misuse of the platform.
